STUDENTS’ DIFFICULTIES IN ENGLISH SPEAKING LESSON AT THE ELEVENTH GRADE OF STATE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL 04 MUKO-MUKO

چکیده
This research aimed to describe the students’ difficulties encountered by eleventh-grade students of State Senior High School 04 Muko-Muko in English Speaking Lesson and factors causing at eleventh grade Muko-Muko. used mix method design. The subject this was sample 31 for questionnaires 10 interview. instruments were questionnaire adapted from Rahayu (2020) researcher analyzed data finding percentage each question item while interview reduction, display, drawing conclusion. study found two findings. First, result showed that there five psychological Lesson, namely lack motivation, anxiety, shyness, fear mistakes, confidence. Second, based on difficulties, are several no awareness learn english, interest English, knowledge importance low skill vocabulary pronunciation, friends’ negative responses, teacher’s bad terrible belief their skill. To sum up, next is recommended find strategies overcome speaking lesson.
